There are lots of ways to reach us!

At My Car Doc, there are lots of ways to reach us because we know how aggravating it can be to need help and not be able to reach anyone. We don’t use automated “Push 4 for…..” services that can be difficult and tiring to navigate. We have a cell phone number so that you can reach us easily 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. In case I’m underneath a hood and can’t get to my phone in time, please leave a voice-mail. Many offices have a general phone pool, so if we return your call, the line may go back to a switchboard or receptionist who has no idea who called us.

We also have two email addresses in case a server isn’t working for one of them. We’re here for you because you need us, we need to be available to you too. We’re here for you because we want your business…and that sounds like a winning combination to us! Wink
